Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to Settings > Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. This will sync your subscription status with the App Store.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including recipes, preferences, and progress. This action cannot be undone.

The app is not generating recipes

Recipe generation requires an active internet connection. If you are connected and still experiencing issues, try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, contact us at support@smakwise.app.

How do I request a refund?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Smakwise, and tap Cancel Subscription.
